Privacy Policy — Daydan post-operative follow-up service

Daydan messages a surgeon's patients on WhatsApp after surgery, on a schedule written by the treating surgeon, to ask closed questions about pain and the wound and to alert the surgeon when needed. The service gives no medical advice.

Data we collect

• Name, mobile number, surgery type and date, entered by the treating surgeon.
• Your answers to follow-up questions and any photos you choose to send.
• The message log with the service number.

Why

Only to run the follow-up plan your surgeon wrote and to alert them when a sign needs their call. No marketing, no sharing with third parties.

Where it is stored

Answers are kept in the patient record held for the surgeon. Photos are stored in the treating surgeon's own storage (their Google Drive). Neither Daydan nor WhatsApp keeps photos as a permanent record.

Consent and opt-out

No follow-up message is sent before you reply "yes". Send "stop" (إيقاف) at any time; we confirm and stop.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your data and photos at any time through your surgeon or the email below; records and stored files are removed.
